A company is looking for an Operations Supervisor for Snow & Landscaping, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a client-centric team to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations
• Manage operational delivery objectives in alignment with client scopes of work and service level agreements
• Measure and analyze performance metrics to enhance customer service experience and quality assurance

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an Operations Supervisor role, preferably in exterior services or a service-related field
• Knowledge of the landscape and snow industry
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong mathematical skills and ability to analyze data and create reports
• Ability to manage a team and adapt to varying requests and stress levels
