Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Supervisor for a National Remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manages day-to-day operations for a team of medical coders
• Develops procedures to increase departmental accuracy and efficiency
• Analyzes productivity of medical coders and implements solutions to mitigate risks

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• 2+ years working in an Operations/Production environment
• Experience as a team lead or manager
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Must be 18 years of age or older
