Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage escalations and follow-up inquiries after customer funding
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve servicing and collections issues
  • Act as a liaison between support agents, agency partners, and leadership
Required Qualifications
  • Proficiency in G Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Drive)
  • Strong skills in MS Excel for data tracking and analysis
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred but not required
  • Basic SQL knowledge for running simple queries
  • Proactive and resourceful with a strong ownership mindset
