Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage escalations and follow-up inquiries after customer funding
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve servicing and collections issues
- Act as a liaison between support agents, agency partners, and leadership
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in G Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Drive)
- Strong skills in MS Excel for data tracking and analysis
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred but not required
- Basic SQL knowledge for running simple queries
- Proactive and resourceful with a strong ownership mindset
