Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with defect triaging and resolution, including performance-related issues
  • Utilize TFS/Azure/Jira to monitor ticket status and provide updates to project management
Required Qualifications
  • 0 - 2 years of equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
  • Relevant work experience in software development, information technology, or system implementation
  • Operations knowledge and experience executing tasks in a high-quality manner
  • Strong customer-focused attitude and desire to interface directly with end-user clients
