Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operational Exam & Business Support Analyst - Consumer Complaints.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate regulatory exam activities and cross-functional interactions for the Consumer Complaint Management Program
- Act as the subject matter expert for complaint-related topics, managing the collection and delivery of examination materials
- Drive the regulatory examination process and communicate findings to senior leadership
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience at the company or 3+ years in complaints programs within the financial services industry
- Expertise in regulatory compliant complaint handling processes and banking regulations
- Proficiency in Excel/Tableau for data analysis and presentation
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and build strategies with limited information
- Strong organizational skills and experience working with various stakeholders
