Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operational Exam & Business Support Analyst - Consumer Complaints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate regulatory exam activities and cross-functional interactions for the Consumer Complaint Management Program
  • Act as the subject matter expert for complaint-related topics, managing the collection and delivery of examination materials
  • Drive the regulatory examination process and communicate findings to senior leadership
Required Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience at the company or 3+ years in complaints programs within the financial services industry
  • Expertise in regulatory compliant complaint handling processes and banking regulations
  • Proficiency in Excel/Tableau for data analysis and presentation
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and build strategies with limited information
  • Strong organizational skills and experience working with various stakeholders
