Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Support Analyst (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide in-depth research and resolutions for internal and external clients
- Interact with trading partners, direct-connect payers, and internal product teams to facilitate client issue resolutions
- Analyze and test new products, including user acceptance testing and new payer operational readiness tasks
Required Qualifications
- Over 2 years of experience in a support role within the healthcare space (payer or provider)
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of EDI transactions and X12
- Solid understanding of computer operations and technical troubleshooting
- Experience with B2B environments and familiarity with APIs is a plus
