Job Summary
Operations Support Analyst assists the Operations Support team in achieving service quality and compliance metrics, providing tier one support in a full-time remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Process, triage, and escalate tickets while monitoring alarms and tracking issues
- Perform scheduled maintenance activities and provide operational support to projects and programs
- Respond promptly to events and alerts in monitoring systems, following procedures for issue reporting and escalation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in healthcare administration and/or federal government contracts
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Proficient knowledge of ITIL foundational concepts
- Substantial knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, or healthcare verticals
