Job Summary

Operations Support Analyst assists the Operations Support team in achieving service quality and compliance metrics, providing tier one support in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process, triage, and escalate tickets while monitoring alarms and tracking issues
  • Perform scheduled maintenance activities and provide operational support to projects and programs
  • Respond promptly to events and alerts in monitoring systems, following procedures for issue reporting and escalation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in healthcare administration and/or federal government contracts
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Proficient knowledge of ITIL foundational concepts
  • Substantial knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, or healthcare verticals
