Operations Support Analyst

Job Summary

Providing daily operational support for a critical reconciliation platform, the contract Operations Support Analyst - IBM i will troubleshoot production issues, support application deployments, and perform quality assurance testing while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor user requests and incidents through Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and ServiceNow
• Analyze application logs and system alerts to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Perform quality assurance and end-to-end testing for new applications and system changes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting IBM i / AS400 environments
• Hands-on experience with IBM i, RPG, RDi, SQL, IFS, FTP, and AS400
• Experience supporting production applications and resolving operational issues
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced support environment
