Job Summary
As a part-time, remote Delivery & Support Operations Assistant, the successful candidate will serve as a trusted point of contact for global customer inquiries, educate users on software navigation, and manage essential administrative tasks to fulfill service package commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client inquiries and support tickets, ensuring timely resolution while meeting SLA and KPI targets
- Create and maintain internal and external documentation for processes and user guidance
- Assist in uploading and organizing marketing content for client campaigns within the platform
Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to work productively in a remote environment without constant supervision
