Operations Support Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Support Associate (Weekday Daytime).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for clients and clinicians via calls, emails, and chat
• Monitor operational SLA targets and resolve imaging exceptions within the PACS system
• Facilitate communication between providers and contribute to knowledge base documentation

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 1+ years in a radiology support role, or High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years in healthcare or radiology support
• Recent experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems preferred
• Understanding of medical and radiology terminology preferred
• Experience with ticketing systems or CRM, preferably Salesforce
• Basic IT support and computer skills required; hardware support experience preferred
