Operations Support Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Support Associate to assist automotive dealership personnel with proprietary reporting software.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete cases accurately and within designated KPI time goals
• Review and escalate issues with appropriate supporting information
• Assist with maintenance projects and complete assigned tasks by deadlines

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a dealership service department or automotive industry preferred
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical skills with knowledge of measurement processes
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
