Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Support Associate to assist in various administrative tasks and support the HR Consulting Practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations
  • Manage client inquiries and correspondence, ensuring exceptional customer service
  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assist in process enhancements
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • 3-4 years of strong administrative and technical experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (charts, pivot tables, vlookup)
  • Experience in designing PowerPoint presentations that adhere to branding standards
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
