Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Support Associate to assist in various administrative tasks and support the HR Consulting Practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations
- Manage client inquiries and correspondence, ensuring exceptional customer service
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assist in process enhancements
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- 3-4 years of strong administrative and technical experience
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (charts, pivot tables, vlookup)
- Experience in designing PowerPoint presentations that adhere to branding standards
- Strong organizational and project management skills
