Job Summary
Operations Support Associate provides remote operational support for law firms through phone and email, assisting with inquiries and case management in a full-time capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to law firm inquiries via support tickets and phone calls, ensuring timely and professional service
- Assist team members with coordinating tasks, data entry, and managing inboxes
- Utilize CRM software for daily support issues and maintain a strong understanding of Quovant services
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support or operational support role
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field is desirable
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to quickly learn proprietary software and adapt to evolving processes
- Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM/ticketing platforms is a plus
