Operations Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Support Engineer to enhance the operational foundation of its AI platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operations liaison for change safety, code review triage, and incident management
• Design and develop operational processes, frameworks, and governance systems for consistent day-to-day operations
• Build and maintain internal operational tooling, workflow systems, and automation solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Technical Operations, NOC, or technical engineering role
• Hands-on experience with automation, workflow systems, and integrations using modern development tools
• Proficiency in scripting and lightweight application development using Python, Bash, or equivalent
• Experience with operational dashboards using tools like Grafana or Datadog
• Familiarity with Linux fundamentals and system-level troubleshooting
