Operations Support Leader
Job Summary
Providing operational support for O&M contracts in the region, the full-time remote Operations Support Leader will improve plant reliability, maintain operational programs, and coordinate with regional teams to ensure excellence during contract phases.
Key responsibilities
- Improve operations and reliability of O&M plants while maintaining high performance standards
- Support the adoption of new tools and technologies to enhance productivity and operational performance at power stations
- Coordinate mobilization programs for new contracts to ensure operational readiness at commercial operation date (COD)
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, project management, or product management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Power Plant Operation and Maintenance
- Knowledge of GE Mark V, VI, VIe control systems is advantageous
- Fluent in English and the local language of the region
