Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Support Manager to lead Business Operations support functions and ensure operational discipline across the account.
Key Responsibilities
- Align Business Operations activities with the annual budget and develop approval processes for operational spending
- Own end-to-end People Data workflows and ensure data quality and organizational integrity across HRIS systems
- Build and maintain Smartsheet solutions to enable scalable workflows and monitor operational performance for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years in business operations, operations support, or a related function
- Experience in process improvement, workflow design, and operational controls
- Strong analytical and reporting capability, preferably with Workday reporting experience
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment
- Advanced Smartsheet experience in managing operational workflows and process governance
