Operations Support Manager

Job Summary

To support outside plant construction projects, the remote Operations Support Manager will oversee administrative and technical management, ensuring projects are completed on design, budget, and schedule while residing in Texas.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee total construction efforts and ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines
• Interface with field managers, clients, and subcontractors to assure customer satisfaction and resolve disputes
• Directly supervise and manage a team of Construction Managers and Project Managers, ensuring effective project execution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of management-level experience in outside plant construction
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational and business management skills
