Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Support Representative (OSR).

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform accurate data entry for account creation, modifications, and maintenance
  • Research and troubleshoot customer account issues, escalating when necessary
  • Follow standardized processes and ensure documentation meets departmental requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Preferably a 4-year degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (2-year degrees and equivalent work experience considered)
  • Familiarity with desktop applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and databases (Access, Oracle, Sybase)
  • Experience in administrative or customer service roles with a strong focus on accuracy and accountability
