Job Summary

To support various Operations roles, the full-time Operations Support Representative will manage administrative functions, conduct phone interviews with clients for underwriting, and build relationships with internal and external partners while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities
  • Analyze, route, and monitor transactions to appropriate queues, including cases and emails
  • Provide follow-up support for pending service transactions through effective communication with Financial Representatives and clients
  • Build and nurture relationships with business partners to deliver exceptional service in a client- and field-centric approach
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Zero to one year of prior customer service or financial services experience
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems and financial products
  • Willingness to embrace continuous improvement in a fast-paced work environment
