Operations Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and triage support requests through email ticketing system and direct client requests to appropriate teams
• Register new users and manage account permissions
• Execute basic SEM optimization tasks

Required Qualifications:

• Strong computer literacy
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, another quantitative field, or equivalent work experience in an advertising operations role
• Demonstrable history of personal achievement and work ethic
• Strong desire to work in the advertising technology industry
• Industry experience is preferred, but not mandatory
