Job Summary

Working remotely on a nightshift schedule, the part-time hourly Operations Support Specialist II will monitor system alerts, respond to issues, and execute troubleshooting actions based on established protocols while providing flexible coverage for team absences.

Key responsibilities
  • Monitor system alerts and notifications during assigned overnight shifts
  • Follow established troubleshooting protocols to address issues and maintain detailed logs of alerts and actions taken
  • Provide flexible shift coverage, including filling in for team members during vacations or absences
Required qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in operations, dispatch, or customer support roles
  • Basic technical aptitude with familiarity in troubleshooting hardware and software systems
  • Experience working overnight shifts or in similar roles is an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions and processes
