Job Summary
Working remotely on a nightshift schedule, the part-time hourly Operations Support Specialist II will monitor system alerts, respond to issues, and execute troubleshooting actions based on established protocols while providing flexible coverage for team absences.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor system alerts and notifications during assigned overnight shifts
- Follow established troubleshooting protocols to address issues and maintain detailed logs of alerts and actions taken
- Provide flexible shift coverage, including filling in for team members during vacations or absences
Required qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in operations, dispatch, or customer support roles
- Basic technical aptitude with familiarity in troubleshooting hardware and software systems
- Experience working overnight shifts or in similar roles is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions and processes
