Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Support II-COE.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and investigate check orders flagged for fraud to determine authenticity and document actions taken
- Perform order resolution by verifying customer and order information through outbound calls and handling incoming inquiries
- Identify and report trends in fraud behavior, collaborating with team members for unusual cases
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED with 2 years of customer support experience
- 1 year of experience in a related field
- Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office
- Must be 18 years of age or older
