Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Support II-COE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and investigate check orders flagged for fraud to determine authenticity and document actions taken
  • Perform order resolution by verifying customer and order information through outbound calls and handling incoming inquiries
  • Identify and report trends in fraud behavior, collaborating with team members for unusual cases
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED with 2 years of customer support experience
  • 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
