A company is looking for an IS Operations Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Onboard new Consumer client accounts and provide training and user setup
Troubleshoot and assist in resolving production issues, ensuring mitigation steps are taken
Recommend process improvements and formalize new processes while understanding risk and impact to the business

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
Three (3) years of Institutional Banking or Treasury Management experience (preferred)
