Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Support 1 to efficiently resolve held CI orders and provide customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve held CI orders by following established processes and utilizing various tools
- Perform order resolution through outbound calls to financial institutions and handle incoming calls as needed
- May execute various Exception Processing tasks including Auto Screen, Mail Care, and order entry
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 6 months of CI experience
- Experience working on a PC with accurate keyboarding skills
- Customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
