Operations Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Support Specialist - Radiology.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the review of charge requests or changes with coding, billing, and cost accounting to ensure compliance
• Identify, prioritize, and implement changes to charging, reconciliation, and reporting processes
• Support department leadership with administrative tasks, including report preparation and policy updates

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business, IT, Accounting, Finance or related field required
• Two years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree
• Three years of experience in healthcare, accounting, business administration, finance, or related fields required
• Five years of experience in the same fields preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Accounting, Finance or related field preferred
