Job Summary
Supporting operational aspects of corporate programs, the full-time remote Operations Support Specialist will manage partner escalations, assist with customer inquiries, and collaborate with various teams to enhance program performance and fulfill obligations.
Key responsibilities
- Support operational program needs and manage front-line customer inquiries
- Document processes and understand program operations for corporate partners
- Monitor account results and collaborate with partners to address client and program needs
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a dynamic environment managing multiple customers or projects
- 2 years of experience in customer support or program management
- Project management experience
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with NetSuite is a plus
- Exposure to AI-enabled tools preferred
