Job Summary
Supporting the operational execution of Cisco programs, the full-time remote Operations Support Specialist will manage customer inquiries, assist with order processing, and contribute to program management activities under the guidance of a Senior Program Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a front-line resource for customer, partner, and internal inquiries while resolving escalations
- Assist with order processing and fulfillment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring accurate completion of orders
- Contribute to program management initiatives, including process documentation and operational reporting
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in an operational support or program management role
- Experience managing multiple customers or projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Interest in technology solutions and a willingness to learn about Cisco products and licensing models
