Job Summary

Supporting the operational execution of Cisco programs, the full-time remote Operations Support Specialist will manage customer inquiries, assist with order processing, and contribute to program management activities under the guidance of a Senior Program Manager.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as a front-line resource for customer, partner, and internal inquiries while resolving escalations
  • Assist with order processing and fulfillment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring accurate completion of orders
  • Contribute to program management initiatives, including process documentation and operational reporting
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in an operational support or program management role
  • Experience managing multiple customers or projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Interest in technology solutions and a willingness to learn about Cisco products and licensing models
