Job Summary

Supporting forecasting and operational activities, the full-time remote Operations Support Specialist will assist with billing inquiries, project execution in Certinia, and month-end reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales-to-operations forecasting and project execution activities in Certinia
• Assist with billing inquiries and escalations, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
• Maintain reporting tools and dashboards to track forecasting accuracy and operational performance

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting forecasting, billing, or operational processes
• Familiarity with Certinia or similar ERP/CRM platforms preferred
• BA/BS in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or related field preferred
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operations, billing, forecasting, or related support roles
• Basic understanding of accounting and revenue recognition processes preferred
