Job Summary
Responsible for day-to-day operations within the Investor Solutions team, the full-time remote Operations Support Specialist will manage new account setups, provide client training on product features, and oversee funds management while collaborating with a team-oriented environment.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard new Commercial client accounts and provide training and user setup
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, implementing necessary mitigation steps
- Recommend process improvements and formalize new processes while assessing risk and impact to the business
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
- Three (3) years of experience in Institutional Banking or Treasury Management (preferred)
