Job Summary
To support agent-facing programs, the part-time Operations Support Specialist will manage and resolve inquiries through multiple support channels, serving as an escalation point for complex requests while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage multiple support email inboxes and respond to inquiries from external and internal stakeholders
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve operational, technical, and program-related inquiries
- Track inquiries through resolution and ensure timely follow-up while documenting actions taken
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience providing Level 2 operational, customer, or technical support
- Experience managing escalations and issue resolution
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
