Job Summary

To support agent-facing programs, the part-time Operations Support Specialist will manage and resolve inquiries through multiple support channels, serving as an escalation point for complex requests while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage multiple support email inboxes and respond to inquiries from external and internal stakeholders
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve operational, technical, and program-related inquiries
  • Track inquiries through resolution and ensure timely follow-up while documenting actions taken
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience providing Level 2 operational, customer, or technical support
  • Experience managing escalations and issue resolution
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
