Operations Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing Strat Ops team, the contract Operations Systems Analyst will evaluate AI model options, build cost models, and manage smaller operational vendor projects, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model options and create a structured framework for assessing cost, capability, and security tradeoffs
• Build and maintain cost models comparing API-based pricing against flat subscription alternatives for AI users
• Support smaller-scope vendor evaluation projects, focusing on SMS and messaging vendors' compliance and pricing structures

Required qualifications

• Experience evaluating software vendors, particularly in AI or communications/messaging platforms
• Comfort in building cost models and structured vendor comparison frameworks
• Able to work independently with senior stakeholders across technical and operations teams
• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment preferred
• Familiarity with SMS or messaging compliance is a plus but not required
