Operations Systems Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a part-time Operational Systems and Automation Manager, this role will manage and optimize the internal technology systems that support ecommerce operations, ensuring seamless order flow and driving automation across various platforms in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive automation and process improvements across all departments by implementing scalable solutions
• Maintain and optimize the operations tech stack, troubleshooting issues and enhancing system integrations
• Manage Direct-to-Consumer system connections to ensure accurate processing and fulfillment of ecommerce orders

Required qualifications

• Relevant experience in operations systems or ecommerce operations with a focus on integrations
• Familiarity with tools such as NetSuite, Shopify, and Celigo
• Ability to troubleshoot and identify root causes of issues independently
• Strong understanding of automation and AI tools for operational efficiency
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage workload and collaborate across teams
