Operations Systems Support Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Systems Support Technician to provide technical support for critical systems in digital audio playout and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage helpdesk support for broadcast playout, scheduling, and integrated systems across markets
• Act as a subject matter expert on digital audio playout and automation systems
• Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Hands-on experience in a production/on-air environment, preferably with audio consoles and automation systems
• Knowledge of standard Automation Support credentials and basic IT systems
• Ability to multitask in a multiple-project environment
• Availability to work various hours, including weekends and holidays
