Operations Systems Support Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Systems Support Technician to provide technical support for digital audio systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the helpdesk and provide immediate support for broadcast playout and scheduling systems
• Serve as a subject matter expert on digital audio playout and automation systems
• Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Hands-on experience in a production/on-air environment, preferably with audio consoles and automation systems
• Familiarity with standard automation support credentials and tools such as Beyond Trust and ZenDesk
• Basic knowledge of computers and IT systems, including proficiency with Google applications
• Availability to work various hours, including weekends and holidays
