Operations Systems Support Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Systems Support Technician to provide technical support for critical systems related to digital audio playout and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the helpdesk and provide immediate support for broadcast playout and scheduling systems
• Act as a subject matter expert in digital audio playout and automation
• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve product-impacting issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Hands-on experience in a production/on-air environment with audio consoles and automation systems
• Standard Automation Support credentials (e.g., Beyond Trust, ZenDesk, Zoom)
• Basic knowledge of computers and IT systems, including proficiency with Google applications
• Availability to work various hours, including weekends and holidays
