Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Systems Support Technician to provide technical support for digital audio systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage helpdesk support for broadcast playout and scheduling systems
• Act as a subject matter expert on digital audio playout and automation
• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Hands-on experience in a production/on-air environment with audio consoles and automation systems
• Familiarity with automation support tools and basic IT systems
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic project environment
• Availability to work various hours, including weekends and holidays
