Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Systems Support Technician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the helpdesk, providing immediate support for broadcast playout, scheduling, and other integrated systems
  • Collaborate with technical and content teams to troubleshoot and resolve product-impacting issues
  • Deliver 24/7 on-call rotational support of playout applications and infrastructure
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Hands-on experience in a production/on-air environment, preferably with audio consoles and automation systems
  • Standard Automation Support credentials including Beyond Trust, ZenDesk, Zoom, Gmail, and GSelector
  • Basic knowledge of computers and IT systems, including proficiency with Google applications
  • Availability to work various hours/days, including some weekends and holidays
