Operations Systems Support Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations System Support Technician to provide technical support for digital audio systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the helpdesk, providing immediate support for broadcast playout and scheduling systems
• Act as a subject matter expert in digital audio playout and automation
• Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Hands-on experience in a production/on-air environment, preferably with audio consoles and automation systems
• Standard Automation Support credentials including Beyond Trust, ZenDesk, Zoom, and GSelector
• Basic knowledge of IT systems and proficiency with Google applications
• Availability to work various hours, including weekends and holidays
