Operations Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Operations (US Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of relocation consultants to ensure efficient operations
• Coordinate with the Director of Operations to establish goals and monitor team performance
• Develop process improvements and manage escalated operational issues effectively

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a Relocation Consultant role or equivalent
• Proven experience in a supervisory capacity with strong leadership skills
• Ability to streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft products
• CRP designation is encouraged but not required
