Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage operations associate targets to ensure timely and accurate billing
• Design, distribute, train, and monitor workflows for team members
• Support and develop staff to meet client and company expectations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Associate's Degree, or equivalent in education or experience
• 2+ years of experience in collections from multi-specialty groups for physician billing
• 3+ years of leadership experience in medical billing and/or collections
• Experience in a healthcare or insurance environment
