Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee team performance and ensure adequate staffing to meet production and quality standards
• Continuously improve team accuracy, workload capacity, and process efficiency while managing and mentoring staff
• Analyze and recommend solutions for operational improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address workflow issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four (4) years of experience
• Three (3) years of experience in a management/leadership role
• Three (3) years of experience in an operations environment
• Familiarity with company products and systems
• Experience leading virtual employees
