Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Operations (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage operations associate targets for timely and accurate billing
• Design, distribute, train, and monitor workflows for team members
• Assist in onboarding, training, and employee retention while providing performance feedback to leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Associate's Degree, or equivalent education/experience
• 2+ years of collections experience in multi-specialty group for physician billing
• 3+ years of experience in medical billing and/or collections in a healthcare or insurance environment
• Prior leadership experience
