Operations Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading team efforts in department-specific collections, the full-time remote Operations Team Lead will assist staff with operational issues, identify trends, and resolve invoices requiring special attention.

Key responsibilities

• Assist staff with daily operational problems and backlog
• Identify trends within the department and payor
• Motivate staff and promote team effort towards department goals

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance or collections
• Familiarity with ICD 9 and CPT coding
