Operations Team Lead

Job Summary

Serving as the subject matter expert, the part-time Operations Team Lead will manage client escalations, conduct audits, and lead training sessions while working remotely during standard business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve client escalations through calls and emails
• Conduct regular audits to provide feedback to team members and management
• Assist in creating new procedures and training processes for the team

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Practical office experience in a customer-facing role
• Basic knowledge of mortgage terms and processes
• Experience in Mortgage Servicing, Default Servicing, or Property Management preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft software products
