Job Summary

Providing leadership and direct supervision to a team of Operations Specialists, the full-time Operations Team Leader will manage claims and risk management scheduling, resource allocation, and client communications while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Supervise and develop the Operations team through selection, onboarding, and training processes
  • Initiate the development and refinement of processes, procedures, and workflow automation within the Operations team
  • Respond to customer inquiries and vendor resource requests, ensuring timely and appropriate assignment of workflow
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least five years of experience in an administrative or operations role
  • Prior logistics/international trade experience preferred
