Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Technician II.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain response time to alarms and customer calls
Document network failures and maintenance activities
Analyze and resolve trouble situations while managing multiple trouble reports

Required Qualifications

Knowledge of network architecture for Broadband/DLSAM systems
Basic understanding of Ethernet routers/switches and ATM network equipment
Experience with Element Management Systems (EMS) and Operational Support Systems (OSS)
Ability to provide Tier I support in supported platforms
Experience working in a Network Operations Center is a plus
