Key Responsibilities

Monitor, maintain, and manage network operations and troubleshoot connectivity issues
Provide high-quality documentation of network failures and maintenance activities
Support technicians in restoration activities and manage trouble tickets effectively

Required Qualifications

Three plus years of related experience
Experience with Cisco, Juniper, and Nokia platforms
Proficiency in Layers 2 & 3 switch and router configuration and troubleshooting
Experience with isolation of telecom equipment trouble
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
