Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Technician II who will monitor, maintain, and manage networks.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain excellent acknowledgment and response time to alarms and customer calls
Analyze, diagnose, sectionalize, isolate, and resolve trouble situations
Manage and guide restoration bridges or calls to facilitate fixes with other teams

Required Qualifications

Three plus years of related experience
Experience with Cisco, Juniper, and Nokia platforms
Proficiency in Layers 2 & 3 switch and router configuration and troubleshooting
Experience with isolation of telecom equipment trouble
Knowledge of Element Management Systems (EMS) and Operational Support Systems (OSS) is a plus
