Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Technician II.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain response time to alarms and customer calls
Document network failures and maintenance activities
Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues and manage trouble reports

Required Qualifications

Three plus years of related experience
Experience with Cisco, Juniper, and Nokia platforms
Knowledge of Layers 2 & 3 switch and router configuration
Experience in isolating telecom equipment trouble
Familiarity with Element Management Systems (EMS) and Operational Support Systems (OSS)
