Job Summary
Supporting a high-accountability environment, the full-time Operations Technician II will manage 24/7 operations for State, Local, and Educational customers, monitor network devices, and maintain support services for internal teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support 24/7/365 operations for customers
- Monitor network devices using platforms like SolarWinds and Meraki Dashboard
- Create and maintain trouble tickets for incidents and customer requests
Required qualifications
- Knowledge of Cisco Meraki
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust suitability
- Experience in a high-paced NOC environment or related field
- Foundational understanding of networking technologies
- Willingness to work a shift-based schedule, including weekends and holidays
